Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Originalbae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Originalbae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
